Centrail tracks your AI usage, cost, and environmental footprint. These terms cover using the product — see our Privacy policy for how your data is handled.
What the service is
Centrail is a personal AI usage, cost, and footprint tracker. A CLI syncs usage metrics from your local agent logs, you can import chat exports from other providers, and you can generate public share cards (pledge pages) and use our public estimate calculator.
We never collect your code, prompts, responses, diffs, or commit messages — git stats are computed on your machine. See the Privacy policy for the full detail.
Your account
One account per person, with accurate info. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account any time from the Danger zone on your Profile page. Deleting it removes your data and disables your public pledge links.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse share cards (offensive display names, for example), scrape other users' data, try to access data you don't own, or use Centrail for anything illegal.
Pricing
Centrail is free today. We're planning a paid Teams tier (around $10 per seat, per month) — billing terms will be added here when it ships. Pricing isn't promised to stay this way; we may change it as the product evolves.
No warranty
Centrail is provided "as is," with no uptime guarantee (no SLA). We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it'll always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us — currently $0 for free-tier users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we'll let you know on the site or by email.
