Centrail is built by a small team that reads every message. Here's how to get unstuck fast.
First, the quick answers

bugs, import files we couldn't parse, methodology questions, feature ideas, or
press.
To help us help you quickly, include:
- The email on your Centrail account
- What you were doing and what you expected to happen
- For import issues: which provider (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini) — but please don't attach your export file unless we ask; it contains your conversations, and we'd rather you keep those private.
You'll hear back from a human — usually within a day or two, often faster.
